Position Overview
Christians Against Dinosaurs University (CADU) seeks a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as University President. Beyond traditional academic administration, the President serves as the chief architect of our broader educational ecosystem. This role is designed for a leader who excels at bridging the gap between digital learning and real-world community impact.
The President will be responsible for institutional growth, financial health, and the coordination of vital educational initiatives — including science camps, global conferences, and strategic sponsorships — that extend CADU’s influence beyond the virtual classroom.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vision & Leadership: Direct the university’s long-term growth, ensuring that all academic and extracurricular programs align with CADU’s core mission.

Educational Initiative Coordination: Lead the development and execution of auxiliary programs, including:

Science Camps: Overseeing the planning, curriculum, and staffing for regional and national science camps that provide hands-on learning outside the digital platform.

Conferences: Spearheading the organization of annual university conferences for students, faculty, and the public.

Sponsorship & Partnership Development: Identify and secure corporate, non-profit, and private sponsorships to fund university initiatives and reduce student costs.

Institutional Advocacy: Serve as the public face of CADU, articulating the university’s unique value proposition to donors, partners, and the global community.

Financial Stewardship: Manage the institutional budget, including the allocation of resources for both online operations and off-site educational events.

Mission-Aligned Growth: Work with the Board of Trustees to ensure that every sponsorship and initiative reinforces the university’s commitment to independent, non-traditional education. CADU is an institution that values the pursuit of truth and the courage to stand by one’s convictions.
Qualifications & Skills

Executive Leadership: 10+ years of senior-level management, with a proven ability to lead complex, multi-faceted organizations.

Event & Initiative Management: Demonstrated experience in coordinating large-scale events, such as educational workshops or professional conferences.

Strategic Fundraising: A track record of successfully securing sponsorships and managing high-level donor relationships.

Exceptional Communication: The ability to inspire diverse audiences, from students to executive board members.

Visionary Thinking: A passion for “unbundling” education and creating meaningful learning experiences both online and in person.

Integrity: Unwavering commitment to the university’s mission and the courage to represent a non-accredited, independent institution with pride.
The CADU Ecosystem
You will be expected to oversee:

Hybrid Learning: Integrating our digital coursework with physical education initiatives (e.g. workshops, science camps, conferences).

Community Impact: Leveraging sponsorships to provide scholarships and resources to underserved learners.

Thought Leadership: Positioning CADU conferences as the premier gathering for alternative educational perspectives.
